Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:

1. You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.

2. Two Passport Photos. They must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face. These must also have the applicants name printed on the back.

3. Visa Application Form (signed and completed)

4. A business letter, detailing purpose of trip, name and address of contact in Angola, and that your company will be financially responsible for you while in Angola. This must be addressed to the Embassy of the Angola, Visa section, Washington D.C.

5. A copy of round trip tickets or itinerary from a travel agent.

6. Please Fill Out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form

7. A letter of invitation from the Applicant's host company in Angola.

8. Proof of sufficient funds ($100 USD per day) in the form of either a copy of a recent bank statement or a letter of guarentee from the Applicant's employer.

9. Processing Fees:

One Money Order made payable to the Consulate General of Angola (see table below) Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.

One check or money order made payable to American Passport Express for:

Rush Visa Processing $70 -leaving in 15 days or less

Standard Visa Processing $55- leaving in more than 15 days
