Please collect and prepare and send the following documents:

1. You must send your valid US Passport with at least 6 months of validity left and one blank visa page.

2. Two Passport Photos. They must be 2x2, color or black and white with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

3. Visa Application Form (signed and completed)

4. A business letter, detailing purpose of trip, name and address of contact in El Salvador, and that your company will be financially responsible for you while in El Salvador. This must be addressed to the Embassy of El Salvador, Visa section.

5. Important: You must fill out the American Passport Express Customer Information Form

6. Copy of Itinerary or plane ticket from either an Airline or a Travel showing departure from El Salvador.

7. Business letter on company letterhead addressed to the Embassy Of El Salvador, Visa Section, Washington D.C. This letter should explain the purpose of the trip, The name and address of company to be visited, and Guarentee financial responsibility and return transportation.

8. Processing Fees:

One Money Order made payable to the Consulate General of El Salvador (see table below) Do not send personal or company checks. Include your name and date of birth on the money order. Do not include your address on the money order.
