American Passport Express will no longer except emergency service applications if your drivers license or government ID was issued LESS than 6 months ago UNLESS you have an expired drivers license in your possession which was used immediately prior to the issue of the new license.

If you do want to use the emergency service with a drivers license issued less than 6 months ago in combination with the older drivers license then please see the supplemental ID information pages.

If you do not have a valid ID issued more than 6 months ago then please call the NPIC at 877-487-2778. Once again AMERICAN PASSPORT EXPRESS WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION, we cannot help you.
