Business Visa Application Requirements for a Saudi Arabia Visa

1. Passport

   You must provide your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:

   • Be valid for the next six months
   • Have at least two consecutive blank visa pages.
   • Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way

2. Photographs

   You must provide two color, passport-type photographs. The photographs must:

   • Be printed on photo paper
   • Be two inches by two inches
   • Have a white background
   • Have been taken within the last six months

3. Business Introduction Letter

   A letter of introduction from your US-based company is required. Your completed introduction letter must:

   • Be printed on your company’s official letterhead
   • Display your full name, nationality, and job title
   • Display your company’s US address
   • Specify the exact purpose of your trip
   • Specify the number of entries requested and the length of each stay
   • Include your specific entry and exit dates
   • Include the validity of your requested visa
   • Be signed by your supervisor or your company’s Human Resources department
   Included in this kit is a sample Business Introduction Letter for your reference.  Please use the exact language found in the sample when completing your own business introduction letter and include any special requirements listed above.

4. Visa Application Form

   You must provide one completed copy of the visa application form found in this kit. The application form must:

   • Display your full name as it appears in your passport
   • Be signed
   • Include answers for all fields

5. Invitation Letter

   You must provide an official invitation from the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. AmericanPassport.com can assist you in obtaining this invitation. See the instructions in this kit.

6. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   You must provide proof of travel arrangements for the duration of your trip.  Details of your intended arrangements must:

   • Include a copy of an itinerary or e-ticket showing entry and exit dates
   • Show the traveler's full name (as printed in his or her passport)

   NOTE: If you are traveling into Saudia Arabia by LAND, you must submit a signed and dated letter to the Consulate specifying exactly when and how you will be entering Saudi Arabia.

7. Enjazit Online Registration

   An online registration with the Saudi Arabian consulate must be completed in addition to your visa application.

8. Enjaz Registration Release Form

   You must provide one fully completed Enjaz Registration Release Form.  A {B:EnjazFee} fee is included in your order to complete the Enjaz registration on your behalf.  Your completed release form must:
   

   • Include your printed name
   • Include your signature
   • Include the date of completion

9. Notice on Saudi Laws and Regulations

   You must provide one fully completed Notice on Saudi Laws and Regulations Form. Your completed form must:
   

   • Include your printed name
   • Include your signature
   • Include the date of completion

10. Enjaz Online Registration

    We strongly recommend that you process your Enjaz online registration through AmericanPassport.com in order to ensure accurate completion of your registration. However, if you choose to complete this process on your own you may do so at www.saudiembassy.net. Complete the following steps to obtain your registration and submit your payment online:

    • Log on to www.saudiembassy.net
    • Click on “Consular and Travel Services” found in the left-hand navigation of your screen
    • Select the visa type appropriate to your travel needs (Business, Diplomatic, Employment, etc.)
    • Review the requirements specific to your visa
    • Click on the following link to log on to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Website and begin your request https://enjazit.com.sa
    • Select your language of choice from the top navigation bar once you are on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website
    • Select the “Apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi embassy abroad by individuals” link
    • Click the ‘I Accept’ button to proceed with your request
    • Fill out the request form in its entirety
    • Click ‘Submit’ once you have completed your request form
    • Print your confirmation page and your payment receipt page
    • Record the reference number provided to you for your records
    • Include this reference number in the top right-hand corner of your Saudi Arabia visa application form

11. AmericanPassport.com Order Form

    You must provide one completed AmericanPassport.com Order Form. The form must:

    • Include a valid email address and payment information, if applicable
    • Include your signature in blue or black ink
