AmericanPassport.com assesses a 4.9% processing fee on government agency fees only. To offset increased overnight carrier charges related to fuel recovery, a 5% carrier fuel charge is assessed on all UPS and FedEx shipping charges. Rush and Emergency fees and processing days are per service requested.
